Jason Devitt
Chief Executive Officer

CEO Jason Devitt founded Vindigo in 1999 as one of the first mobile media companies with investment from industry leaders and top venture capital firms. In August 2004, Jason led the company’s acquisition by the Japanese company, For-Side.com Co. Ltd., a worldwide mobile media leader. Jason continues to drive the company's product and business strategy, and is recognized as a leading evangelist for mobile media. A frequent industry speaker at conferences and tradeshows, Jason was described by Red Herring magazine as one of the most creative people in publishing.

Prior to founding Vindigo, Jason worked at the technology-driven investment bank D.E. Shaw & Co. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, a Master's degree in Engineering Science, and a Diploma in Law from University College Dublin and the King's Inns in his home town of Dublin, Ireland. Jason sits on the board of the Internet Advertising Bureau.

Bob Fitterman
Chief Technology Officer

Bob Fitterman is the chief architect of Vindigo’s industry-leading technology, enabling the efficient creation and distribution of mobile content.

Bob brings more than 25 years of experience in software development to his role at Vindigo. In 1988, he co-founded ILX Systems, which grew to be the nation's largest provider of mission-critical real-time financial market data to brokerages. As Executive Vice President of Systems Development, Bob established the engineering team and played a central role in designing, developing, and managing the technology infrastructure and core products. Subsequently, he ran new business development at ILX Systems. Bob received a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from the Johns Hopkins University and began his career at Data General and E.F. Hutton. He is an active member of the New York CTO Club.

Marci Weisler
Vice-President, Carrier Relations

Marci Weisler leads the carrier relations’ strategy and team and is responsible for Vindigo’s extensive distribution partnerships with every major US wireless carrier. Marci joined Vindigo in 2000 and she was responsible for building the business development group including content licensing, carrier relations and OEM deals.

Prior to joining Vindigo, Marci served as Vice President of Market Development at Flooz.com, where she was responsible for retail, distribution and marketing partners. Earlier, she spearheaded online development for Muze, a leading provider of entertainment information for e-commerce sites. Marci previously served as Director of Business Development at Air Media, Inc., an early supplier of wireless information. Marci was also a Director of Business development at Prodigy Services Company, and began her media career in the cable business. Marci holds a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University.

Tricia Han
Vice President, Product Development

As Vice President of Product Development, Tricia oversees the development of Vindigo’s mobile media products from concept to launch.

Before joining Vindigo in 2000, Tricia was the Senior Web Producer for Juno Online Services, where she created and directed Juno's first community site, including the development of new features and ongoing customer relationship management. Previously, Tricia consulted for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies on communication strategies, including the development of Web sites and niche software applications. Tricia holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.

Samantha Saturn
Vice President, Marketing

As Vice President of Marketing, Samantha leads corporate and consumer marketing initiatives for Vindigo.

Samantha has spent the past five years building a strategic marketing consulting practice, Saturn Network, where she executed integrated marketing campaigns with a diverse client base including Neiman Marcus Direct, Ecko Unltd. Apparel, Clear Channel New York, KOA Kampgrounds and The Webby Awards. Prior to founding Saturn Network, Samantha worked as Senior Director of Marketing at CDNOW where she was responsible for branding, customer acquisition, sales and promotions for the company. Previously Samantha was the Marketing Director at SonicNet, now a division of MTV. Samantha is a graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and serves on the board of directors of Fertile Hope, a non-profit organization that provides fertility information and support to cancer patients. She is also a judge for the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences.

Carrie Himelfarb-Seifer
Vice President, Sales

As the Vice President of Sales at Vindigo, Carrie oversees all of the development of mobile marketing products and services and manages relationships with leading advertisers and agencies.

Carrie Himelfarb is a veteran of the new media advertising industry. Prior to joining Vindigo, Carrie served as Vice President of Sales at sixdegrees, a networking Web site, where she was responsible for the worldwide sales operations. Earlier, Carrie served as the Global Accounts Manager at Wired Digital. In this position, she was one of the early pioneers leading major consumer and business advertisers – such as IBM, Barnes & Noble and Sony – to use the Internet as an advertising medium. Carrie started her career at Qwest Communications (formerly US West). Carrie is on the board of the Mobile Marketing Association and is a member of the New York Marketing Association. Carrie has a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University.

Greg Genrich
Vice President, Design

As Vice President of Design, Greg leads design and the creation of user interfaces for all Vindigo products as well as manages a creative services team for the company.

Prior to joining Vindigo in 2000, Greg was the Creative Director for SkyMall where he rebranded the company as well as built the ecommerce site. Before that, Greg was the Art Director at N2K/Music Boulevard where he led a team of eighteen visual and graphic artists in the creation and management of MusicBoulevard.com and the marketing and and design for N2K’s four entertainment divisions. Greg has a BFA in Fine Arts and Illustration from the Rhode Island School of Design.

Dave Hock
Vice President, Research

As Vice President of Research, Dave guides the research, development and roll-out of new technologies in Vindigo's products.

Prior to joining Vindigo, Dave founded Waymobile.com, inc., and developed several mobile applications, including a stock chart analysis product, a ringtone re-mixer and an eBay auction alert application. He also founded Vispro Software, where he brought seven successful visual programming products to the market for the OS/2 platform. Before he built his own businesses, his corporate experience includes positions at IBM, Qualcomm and Data General. He also served as Director of Product Marketing for HAHT Commerce, now a subsidiary of Global eXchange Services, Inc. Dave's early experience includes developing three award-winning products for personal computers when he was 19 years old. At the same time, he completed his B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at State Univerity of New York, Stony Brook. He also holds an M.S. in Management and Computer Engineering from NCSU.

Candace L. Martin
Vice President, Quality Assurance

Candace is responsible for managing all aspects of Vindigo’s Quality Assurance and testing program.

Candace brings more than 20 years of software development experience to her position at Vindigo. Before joining, Candace held several quality assurance positions at startups and established companies, including w-Technologies, Avesta and Network Integrity. Prior to that, Candace was at Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) for sixteen years. While at DEC, she oversaw many of the company's network management, directory services and terminal concentration software products. Candace holds as Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University.

Janet Kasdan
Vice President, Engineering

As Vice President of Engineering, Janet heads up the development of applications for all platforms including BREW, J2ME, and WAP 2.0 and manages the development team.

Prior to Vindigo, she spent more than a dozen years developing software for major financial institutions, including Sumitomo Capital Markets where she specialized in trade entry and document management software. At Morgan Stanley, Janet was the lead architect and programmer for the bank’s worldwide real-time ticker system - which was widely recognized as the best in the industry. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Janet was an analyst for Reuters, programming historical data systems for financial and aviation companies. Janet has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Buffalo University.
