Corporate Headquarters
Appoints Bob Fitterman Chief Technology Officer, Ira Reiss
Vice President of Operations, and Ted Nadeau Vice President of
Product Development

today announced the appointment of three key members to its executive
management team. Bob Fitterman, chief technology officer, Ira
Reiss, vice president of operations, and Ted Nadeau, vice president
of product development. In addition, Vindigo announced its relocation
to new corporate headquarters, located at 259 West 30th Street
in New York City.

and bringing us high caliber talent like Bob, Ted, and Ira. Each
of them brings unique skills and strengths which will be key contributions
as we move ahead with our continued expansion to new cities and

As Chief Technology Officer, Bob Fitterman brings to Vindigo
19 years of experience in software development. In 1988 he co-founded
ILX, which grew to be the nation's largest provider of mission-critical
real-time financial market data to brokerages. As executive vice
president of systems development and new business development,
Fitterman established the engineering team and grew it to 150
people, playing a central role in designing, programming, and
managing the technology infrastructure and production services.
An avid Palm user, he also developed a Palm-based restaurant application
and a Manhattan street database prior to joining Vindigo. Fitterman
received a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics from the Johns
Hopkins University and began his career at E. F. Hutton and Data
General.
As Vice President of Operations, Ira Reiss will oversee Vindigo's
finance, human resources, and administrative functions. Prior
to joining Vindigo, Reiss was the Director of Financial Operations
at Juno Online Services. Over a three year period, he was responsible
for starting up and managing the company's fee based subscription
service, Juno Web. Reiss' experience also includes working as
VP of Online Business at TVT Records as well as four years as
an auditor/consultant with Deloitte & Touche. Reiss is a Certified
Public Accountant and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
As Vice President of Product Development, Ted Nadeau brings 13
years of experience in strategic and technical management to his
new role. Before joining Vindigo, Nadeau served as vice president
of production and design for FortuneCity.com, and general manager
for FortuneCity's joint venture with Warner Brothers, AcmeCity.com.
In addition, Nadeau participated in the development of the ISP
industry's first 24x7 customer support desk at PSINet and was
later promoted to managing director of PSINet UK, where he oversaw
the acquisition and integration of EUNet's UK operations. Subsequently,
Nadeau headed up product management at AirMedia, a supplier of
wireless data and content services, and served as director of
interactive platforms for Gartner Group. Nadeau received a Bachelor
of Science in Business Management and Marketing from Cornell University.
